The Consultancy Unit of the Centro de Aromas has close ties with the School of Engineering, of the Catholic University of Chile (PUC), and in particular with the Department of Chemical and Bioprocess Engineering. Its mission is to support the joint development and optimization of production processes in those companies where the aromatic component is key to the value of its products.
