Since 1993 we have been working on the quality of Pisco and young and aromatic spirits from Muscat grapes through various studies leading to the aromatic characterization and optimization of grapes, wines and spirits. The sensory characterization has led to the development of a standardized vocabulary and descriptive analysis.
