Since its inception, Centro de Aromas stands out due to its research team of excellence, and because its service offerings are grounded on the solid base of consistent studies, developing many diverse projects financed with different sources (FONDEF, FONDECYT, FONTEC, CEE, INNOVA, among others).

This work has generated many publications in national and international scientific journals in the field, as well as in books and several congress presentations inside and outside the country.
