The quality assurance policy of the Centro de Aromas is established in the manager’s handbook of DICTUC S.A. Applying the prescribed procedures and work instructions, having qualified personnel, and appropriate equipment allows the implementation of a quality assurance system that complies with national and international standards.

The Centro de Aromas has been certified by the Sistema Nacional de Acreditación (national certification system) of the Instituto Nacional de Normalización, INN (National Institute for Standardization) as a testing laboratory, in accordance to the national standard NCh-ISO 17.025 Of 2005. Furthermore, DICTUC S.A. has been certified ISO 9001:2008 by SGS.
